ARIIA is a cloud-based platform that businesses can access through a secure online dashboard. Users can log in from any desktop, tablet, or mobile phone, making it easy to manage everything in real-time, from anywhere. All data is stored securely in a centralized system.
Depending on how advanced you want your AI agent to be, setup can take as little as 15 minutes. You can set it up yourself using our ready-made templates, or we can handle the entire setup for you at no cost.
Our free setup and onboarding includes configuring your AI agent, building out its knowledge base, and getting everything up and running—so you can start using your AI agent without the hassle.
Yes. ARIIA is billed month to month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time, and you’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period. Billing stops after that.
Unused minutes from subscription plans do not carry over to the following billing cycle. Each month, the allocated minutes reset, and any unused balance from the previous cycle will expire. This applies exclusively to subscription plans and does not impact Pay-As-You-Go usage.

Yes. Each plan includes up to 1,500 SMS messages per month at no additional cost. Any usage beyond this allowance is billed at $0.015 per message.
