Head of Sales

We’re seeking a Head of Sales to scale revenue and build on early traction. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, optimize the sales process, and close high-impact deals. Working with leadership, you’ll refine positioning, improve conversion, and create a scalable motion. As we grow, you’ll hire, mentor, and lead a team, establishing systems and metrics for revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop Sales Playbooks: Create and document successful sales strategies and procedures.
  • Set and Monitor Quotas: Define clear sales targets and quotas for the team and track performance.
  • Secure Enterprise Clients: Focus on acquiring large clients and establishing key strategic partnerships.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to the sales team to meet goals.
  • Align with Marketing and Product: Ensure sales objectives align with broader marketing and product goals, while providing valuable feedback for product improvements.
  • Forecast and Report Performance: Monitor sales metrics, provide detailed reports to leadership, and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Oversee Pipeline: Manage and optimize the entire sales pipeline for efficiency and success.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term growth and sales strategies.
