Compensation & Earnings Potential

12-Month Recurring Commissions (per customer, if subscription is maintained for full year)

Tier 1 (Starter): $40/month → $480 total per customer
Tier 2 (Growth): $60/month → $720 total per customer
Tier 3 (Scale): $80/month → $960 total per customer
Tier 4 (Business): $100/month → $1,200 total per customer

Note: Totals assume the customer stays subscribed for 12 months. Commissions are earned monthly and depend on active subscriptions.

Pay-As-You-Go Model: 25% of customer payments

Month 1: 50 Tier 2 (Growth) customers = $3,000/month
12-Month Potential: $36,000 (recurring)

To provide context, the median annual salary for full-time U.S. workers is approximately $60,000. With this opportunity, onboarding 50 paid customers in your first month could result in $36,000 in commissions over the following 12 months—assuming all customers remain subscribed and you stay actively engaged to assist them. As you continue to bring in new clients, your earnings can grow accordingly. For example, securing 150 customers could generate $108,000 in commissions over 12 months, provided the customers remain subscribed and you continue supporting retention efforts. (Commissions are earned as long as the customer remains subscribed.)

Annual Subscription Compensation & Tiers

If a customer switches from a monthly to an annual plan (with a 10% discount), your commission will be adjusted and capped at 12 months. Any commission already paid under the monthly plan will count toward this limit. The remaining commission will be prorated based on the discounted annual rate and applied to the remaining eligible months.

Annual Subscription Commission Structure (Paid After 30-Day Hold)

Tier 1 (Starter): $400/year
Tier 2 (Growth): $600/year
Tier 3 (Scale): $800/year
Tier 4 (Business): $1,000/year

Note: Full 12-month commission applies when a customer starts directly on—or immediately switches to—an annual plan. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining term.

Commission Payment and Clawback Policy

Payment Timing

Commissions for annual plan sales are paid 30 days after the purchase date, allowing time for payment processing and verification.

Clawback Period

To protect against invalid sales, commissions are subject to clawback if the customer’s subscription is reversed or invalidated within 90 days due to payment failure, fraud, chargebacks, or other billing disputes.

Recovery Process

If a clawback is necessary, the company reserves the right to:

Deduct the commission from future payments owed to the sales rep.

Request repayment directly from the sales rep if no future commissions are due.

Tools & Requirements

You will be provided with a CRM to track your leads and sales. You are responsible for the monthly subscription fee.
